Your Responsibilities

Welcome to STIGA! As a Delivery Planner, you will play a key role in daily delivery planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that our goods are delivered smoothly and efficiently to our customers and sales companies. Through careful transport planning, you will ensure that we meet our goals while maintaining a steady workload with our third-party logistics partner (3PL) in Gothenburg.

Your mission includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that flows and routines comply with agreements made with carriers and 3PL.
• Managing administration related to deliveries, such as booking transport, invoice handling, and claims.
• Planning deliveries to all Nordic countries from the warehouse in Gothenburg.
• Handling incoming and outgoing goods at our warehouse in Tranås.

In this role, you will have close communication with both internal and external parties, such as our sales companies in the Nordics and carriers, making your communication skills and service mindset crucial. Your Profile

We see that you have a high school education with a logistics focus or equivalent experience in the field. Experience with the business system SAP and MS Office is advantageous, as is previous work in logistics and transport planning. You feel comfortable in an environment where administration and physical work go hand in hand. Since we work in an international environment, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To thrive in this role, you enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks and have good collaboration skills, while also independently driving your work forward. Furthermore, we would like you to be someone who takes initiative, sees opportunities where others see obstacles, and contributes creative ideas to streamline and improve work processes. Stress resilience and a structured approach are important qualities, as well as a positive attitude towards finding solutions to challenges.
